Our Team
Our core team is women-led, 100% Kenyan and is made up of 60% women.
The team lives and works in the Kakamega area where our community partners are based. The team brings many years of experience in working on forest conservation and sustainability through community-led efforts.
Our team understands community partners and their needs from the ground up. This enables us to easily build trust with our partners, which is crucial for the success of the projects we support.

Kilns Fund collects all donations for our work. 90% of all donations go directly towards the community projects.
